Great night, was a really good atmosphere despite the loss.
Drinks were really expensive £5 for a can which is ridiculous.
Food was really nice that was provided.

Badly organised and a ridiculous reliance on drunk participation of the crowd to create an ‘event’. Felt sorry for Neville Southall having to deal with stupid questions from the crowd instead of a structured Q&A with the host, with sensible questions that would have given an insight into the professional football world and his own career. Over priced, limited food choices and the worst ‘event’ that I’ve watched a World Cup game in to date. The Depot Cardiff event was far better and where I’d chose to go for future similar events.

Shambolic tbh. To charge the amount they charged us then the price of beer on top is a disgrace. The bar was dirty, food was awful and the 6 quid pints were terrible. You couldn't pay me to come back. Quite literally the worst venue I have ever been too.

I wasn’t told until a few hours before the event that it was for over 18s only. Despite messaging and asking this question weeks leading up to the event with no reply, my son was extremely upset having been looking forward to watching the football for months

As usual with these types of events, nowhere near enough bar staff. Waited 30 minutes in a 5 deep queue to get a drink, ridiculous. Get more staff in and increase the ticket price, simple.

Basically for near on £40 you offered a pub experience with a pie thrown in. Never again!

Barely anyone could actually see the screen as it was not high enough to view. I asked for any solution. Asked to pay more. Rude approach from staff. No other alternative available despite space on the balcony. With only one screen, it was a rubbish place to watch the game. Only mince meat pies with vegetarian members in my family unable to get food that was included and pretty much only cans of cider and Guinness available to drink. Other drinks were very overpriced. Poor, disappointing, would never recommend the venue. We went for a birthday, and we wish we had not gone to this venue.
