DANCING WITH GRACE........ Dancing with Grace is a search within yourself for your own grace. Dance can get to your very soul if you invite it in. This is about learning to listen to your body and allowing its rythmn to take you to the extremes of movement and let yourself melt into the smooth gracefulness. It is about dancing alone in your space within a crowd. There will be the option to be led for as long as you want to and movement is optional. One person may feel the need to stand still and experience movement within and others may want to get it all out there. It's invigorating and hunger stimulating so a supper is included afterwards when you can socialise and discuss your experiences.
