Totally rocked it... master of his craft.
Review of Stanley Clarke
Amazing performance by Stanley Clarke and his band. Played a long set so worth the money. A bonus to be able to see a world rebound musician performing in my home town! More of the same please
Great gig - played many of his better known stuff. Great band too.
A great night out!
Stanley Clarke at The Fleece? Who would have thought it? OK, that's the pro's covered here's the cons literally. I found out the ticket price with any other seller was around £22 not the £31.65 that skiddle.com charged me. The other outlets had tickets left also. There were so many people 'kettled' into this venue it must be a fire hazard. It was so full that I spent the whole time in the venue feeling very uncomfortable, squeezed and constantly pushed around, it was awful! The sound was very poor, Stanly Clarke the bass hero, who's show I had come to see, was vastly overshadowed by the drum sound, a very poor sound balance in every respect.

What a bass player! And a fine band... I've waited over 30 years to see Stanley in the flesh, and I wasn't disappointed.
Review of Kool G Rap

Review of Bizarre Ride II - Bristol
Pharcyde were gr8
Had a good time but the complete and utter lack of the promised stage design took the shine off the event. The event info promised 'amazing visuals' and 'Legendary west coast graffiti artist SLICK, who designed the rollercoaster-themed album cover and iconic logo, is art-directing the stage design.' There was no stage design at all. The only visuals were an old cartoon badly projected onto a piece of tarpaulin hung at the back of the stage. The music was good but because I'd been promised the visuals and a pretty impressive sounding stage design, the fact it wasn't there just spoiled it a bit.
Review of The Comet Is Coming
Characterful, atmospheric venue which is not too big and not too small, plus it has a half decent bar. Staff were friendly. The band was every bit as good as I'd hoped. Definitely worth the 200 mile round trip (through the rain) on my motorcycle.
Review of Burlesque Wonderland Presents: Grease- Burlesque Is The Word!
A really great night out
Review of Smoove and Turrell Crown Posada Tour 2017
Had an amazing night in Bristol, we met the band outside, nice guys and we even had photos with them, atmosphere was out of this world and they really got the crowd going, we had a fantastic night and will definitely be seeing them again.
Review of Big Daddy Kane
Interesting, venue, flipping awesome flow, loved it ! Hip hop heaven.
Great support artists that set the scene for the truly fantastic Big Daddy Kane who commanded the stage.
