The Grain Barge only opened in July 2007 but by the end of the year had been voted Venue's "Best Bar in Bristol". In a beautiful harbourside location in Hotwells, this historic converted barge is bursting with character. Within sight of the SS Great Britain, it's the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by. The Grain Barge has established itself as one of Bristol's friendliest, most casual eating and drinking experiences. Owned by the Bristol Beer Factory, it serves award-winning real ales, brewed less than a mile away in Ashton.
