Some of the acts were really good, Ben (MJ), Robbie and Queen, others were less good and the Spice Girls were tragic. Sound was not great, need to improve this especially as open air and it carries, some of the microphones were not as effective as others. Would have been good to have more variety of food as it was limited to junk. The limitation of a bottle of water was not great. There were families at the event and they should have been allowed to bring as many soft drinks for kids as they like,  with flavour if needed. Also think you should be able to bring drinks for your picnic, you can at other festivals and events and at least you can drink what you like rather than from a limited bar. I completely accept that you wouldn’t want glass in the venue but we have been to many festivals and outdoor music events where you can take your own. Appreciate you may lose on bar sales and I’m sure this was the main motivation for the decision, but it would have enhanced the enjoyment to be able to have a drink of choice.  Probably need to have more stations on the  gate if searches are going to be so thorough, especially on Saturday as the queue really built up. If alcohol allowed and they are just looking for glass this would be naturally eased. Overall we really did have a good time, the staff were lovely. The atmosphere was nice and it was great to see a real generational mix.

A superb event . Only criticism  was on the security . on entering . We know it was vital to do but more staff needed to cut down the waiting in long queues. . 
5 stars for the weather too ! 

One thing I would alter is the checking bag on entry. There needs to be a fast track for people who have no bags/picnics whatever. And more people checking the bags  for alcohol and suchlike.  

Enjoyed it but could have had a better sound it was quite hard to hear at the back it needed speakers dotted around and could have played music between acts

Very good would book again but take more clothes for evening as personally got cold it was my own mistake

Amazing two days. Artists were great, organisers friendly and efficient and we had a brilliant time with family and friends!
