

SLAM are a tour de force on the global Techno circuit. The duo’s unique, 6 deck, back-to-back DJ performances and explosive live sets have seen them amaze clubs & festivals across the world. Pioneers and innovators of the electronic music scene, Slam’s Orde Meikle and Stuart McMillan are renowned for their experience and powerful, contemporary sound.
Their iconic Soma Records label boasts more than 750 releases in its 33-year history, including Daft Punk’s first singles and Slam’s own productions as well as many of today’s most cutting-edge artists.
Co-owners of Glasgow’s Riverside Festival, the pair also host the legendary Pressure parties at SWG3 in Glasgow and have a long- standing RTM residency at the city’s Sub Club, dealing out a monthly supply of raw, hypnotic techno. They also produce the respected weekly podcast, Slam Radio, which has now surpassed over 550 episodes, demonstrating their conviction to providing an antidote to the mainstream.
