raging I paid £40 a ticket and they started letting everyone else in for free not impressed

Extremely disappointed, purchased this ticket for ‘VIP QUEUE and ENTRY’. Upon arrival there was 0 people outside, no queue at all. Others were let in free of charge, so to pay that high ticket price for nothing was extremely frustrating. I would highly appreciate a refund due to how pointless the ticket was, thanks.
