Formed by one third of Fun Lovin' Criminals, Frank Benbini, alongside multi-instrumentalist and producer Naim Cortazzi, soulful rap collective Uncle Frank bring their organic sound to the Northern city of Preston. The latest release from the four piece sees a funk filled track listing that's gained BBC 6Music airplay from his former frontman band colleague Huey Morgan.

Love Lion fuses a number of genres together, creating what is widely considered as the band's breakthrough album. The band self-produce all of their own material, with the end result being a raw, original and well-nurtured mix of old skool hip hop and classic funk Uncle Frank come to Preston's The Continental on Saturday 29th April.
