Secondary ticketing sites have been selling TRNSMT Sunday tickets for three times the original value.

The Sunday will be headlined by man-of-the-moment Lewis Capaldi, and tickets were priced at £59.50. Following the sell-out, Stubhub, listed tickets for £185.24, whilst Viagogo had them for £167.

Viagogo is also selling tickets for Saturday (headlined by Catfish & The Bottlemen) at £110 – more than £50 over the face value – even though that date is not yet sold out.

Earlier this year, Lewis Capaldi hit out at Viagogo and Stubhub after tickets for his sell-out gigs appeared on their sites at hugely inflated prices. Capaldi’s management ordered that Ticketmaster, the official outlet, check its records and cancel tickets bought in large numbers.

The fight against touts and secondary ticketing agents continues, and we operate our own Re:Sell platform. We only allow resale at face value to prevent ticket touting for profit, and all our tickets are official.
