We've now got tickets on sale for Kings of Leon's date at the Milton Keynes Bowl next year, the final performance of a three date UK arena tour that also takes in Sheffield and Manchester. The Tennessee four piece have been one of the dominant forces on the rock music landscape since 2003 when they broke with Youth and Young Manhood, a rowdy slab of Southern Rock & Roll. By the time third album Because of the Times arrived in 2007, they had become the biggest group on the planet.
This year saw a great return to form for the group with Mechanical Bull (stream above), receiving rave reviews and heralded as a return to the primal sound of their earlier days, coinciding with the ten year anniversary of their entrance. This show in the 65000 capacity Bowl will see the group in a space which they so eminently belong, alongside one of the freshest support acts in one of 2013's undoubted success - Haim (listen to their debut here).
