The Fringe at Tramlines is set to return to Sheffield city centre from 24th to 26th July, bringing free live music to venues, bars and outdoor spaces across the city.

Ahead of the event, organisers have unveiled the first wave of acts heading to the Devonshire Green Main Stage, which this year will run across all three days of the weekend.

A new addition for 2026 sees the stage open on Friday evening, with a programme curated by Open Decks FC. Award-winning broadcaster Dixie will headline and host the opening night, joined by DJ Kavita Varu and Sheffield favourites Jesus Hairdo.

Saturday’s line-up features a mix of local talent and community performers, including Kiziah and the Kings, Malachite, Solar Love Society, Blue Street Brass and Tavira.

Sunday will close with performances from long-time Fringe favourites Jungle Lion and Shanghai Treason, alongside Soul Division and a range of dance and community showcases.

Running alongside Tramlines Festival, The Fringe at Tramlines has become one of Sheffield’s biggest free music events since launching in 2018. Each year, it attracts around 40,000 visitors and brings hundreds of performances to venues across the city centre.

Organisers have confirmed that more programme announcements are still to come, with additional venue line-ups set to be revealed in the coming weeks.
