2017 brings with it a brand new podcast with a new host at the helm. Over on our Mixcloud channel we'll be delivering more monthly instalments filled with the biggest dance tracks and an exclusive guest mix that will no doubt give you that Friday feeling (even if it's Tuesday).

Within the Skiddle Clubs Radio Show we'll be covering all things house and techno, will a little bit of bass, tech and disco in between for good measure. We'll be taking the opportunity to showcase the artists who are conquering the club scene, whether that's through stellar new releases, impressive gig calendars or a new talent who is sure to break through.

You'll still be in safe hands, with the new episodes presented by Mike Wooller. Mike has previously worked on BBC Radio 1 as a producer, and has covered for Danny Howard on Dance Anthems. He's worked on Ministry Of Sound's radio show and is now one of the new hosts of ‘The Capital Weekender with Ministry of Sound’ across the Capital FM Network. Expect him to deliver some quality tracks before we head full force into the guest mix.

Moving forward, we'll be catching up with some of the artists we love this year, whilst highlighting some of the biggest and best clubbing events around the UK and even further afield, making sure you're up to date with the hottest line ups.

For our first episode, we've got 2016's biggest breakthrough duo on board - Solardo. The Manchester-based pair won over crowds (and won awards) with hyped releases on Hot Creations and VIVa MUSiC plus standout club sets, all the while developing a huge following from house and techno lovers, proving that all it takes it determination to make it to the top.

We've got a brand new track (around 30 mins in) from Steve Lawler which is set to be released at the end of January called 'People Having Sex' plus we have a little groove to one of the biggest tracks from 2016 from Midland.

We'll be back at the end of the month with our second installment, remember to let us know in the Mixcloud comments what artists you'd like to hear from. See you next time...
