Sick Chirpse have complimented their mammoth online presence with a series of incredible parties around the UK over the past few months. The irreverent posse of writers have time and again impressed with their rave ups which have seen My Nu Leng in Manchester, garage Don DJ EZ in London, and Kolsh up in the mountains at Austrian festival Snowbombing.
Thursday May 29th sees them return to Manchester's Mint Lounge, armed with a roster of some of Manchester's finest resident DJs, a heavyweight bass music pioneer, and the small matter of a £1500 free bar.
Whilst Sick Chirpse are keeping the details of their headliner under wraps until the day itself, the likes of Bristolian bass deviants APEXAPE, Hoya Hoya's very own genre defying Jonny Dub (check out his Rinse FM appearance above) and Hit & Run's dnb, dubstep and bass specialist Rich Reason are already confirmed to provide some wickedly eclectic, dance floor primed DJing firepower.
'But what about the free booze!?' we hear you cry. From 11pm, 250 free drinks will be lined up on a first come first served basis, with 12am seeing a further £1000 put behind the bar. Getting there early is naturally encouraged.
Sick Chirpse have already proven their party starting mettle, this cements that growing status. Bag your Sick Chirpse tickets here.
