SHERELLE has announced a UK tour in support of grassroots venues. The underground dance music legend will bring her SHERELLELAND event series of affordable parties to six UK cities this spring, in association with Save Our Scene, Music Venue Trust, and Magnetic Live.

A champion of high speed dance music, SHERELLE’s “cheap and cheerful” tour has travelled across the UK and Europe. With tickets costing just £10, SHERELLAND will kick off at Dryad Works in Sheffield on Friday 27th February, before moving on to shows in Exeter, York, Blackpool, Bristol, and Bournemouth.
“It’s a pleasure to work with SOS,” SHERELLE says, “both of us really want to support grassroot venues so much and I am looking forward to touring with them!” SOS’s founder, George Fleming, added, “It’s time for the music industry to bring back regional touring. Too many towns and cities are being left off the touring circuit, which is having a serious impact on local venues. Alongside the Music Venue Trust, we’re on a mission to change that and we’d like to thank SHERELLE for taking the lead.”
Beginning life as a campaign fundraiser for cultural charities during the pandemic, Save Our Scene has raised over £30,000 for venues and spaces struggling with closures and a lack of funding. Music Venue Trust has consistently supported grassroots venues and announced a partnership with Skiddle in 2023. In recent news, the MVT partnered with The O2, which sees the arena donating to MVT every time an artist headlines at the venue for the first time.
