Selective Hearing returns to Manchester and Leeds this Autumn with some carefully curated line ups filled with some of techno and house's finest.

Not many events have successfully executed their vision for clubbing with the same precision and finesse as Selective Hearing have over the past few years. By devising line ups filled with some of techno and house music's biggest players, and by sticking to their guns and focusing on quality above all else, Selective Hearing have secured themselves status as one of the North of England's leading rave aficionados. 

Following their inception into the scene back in 2010 in Manchester, Selective Hearing have pushed boundaries, but never strayed from their original aim to bring the best in house, techno and bass to the cities they know and love. This autumn they've devised some mega line ups, guaranteed to get music lovers' mouths watering... 

L.I.E.S. (Long Island Electrical System) label owner Ron Morelli helps kick things off on Saturday 18th October as the New Yorker headlines the event at Joshua Brooks in Manchester. Morelli is massively influenced by vinyl culture, punk and Chicago house (check out one of his mixes above), and from his tastes his decided to launch a experimental electronic music label, which continues to showcase some of the most exciting dance music around. Selective Hearing make their way to Leeds for the second installment of autumn music mayhem with Berlin resident rødhåd. He's set to play WIRE on Friday 24th October along with techno taste-maker Cleric. rødhåd is praised in the German city for being one of few DJs who can work through deep techno, while lifting the spirits of those on the dancefloor through powerful and melodic rhythms (listen to his set from Trouw above). Techno royalty grace the decks of Selective Hearing on Saturday 29th November at The Warehouse in Leeds. One of the genre's most significant figures, Ben Klock headlines the colossal line up (check out his set from Berghain above).
