Mancunian bass-fuelled party starters, Hit & Run, have just announced they're bringing one of drum & bass’s most defining acts back to the city this spring, none other than Pendulum, who land with a special classics DJ set at Progress for a huge day party takeover featuring a slew of other sound system rumbling favourites.
Set for Saturday 23rd May, the event marks only the crew’s second outing at the venue, with Pendulum stepping up for a special classics DJ set, digging into the era-defining tracks that helped reshape the genre and push it into the mainstream, for a set that looks set to rewind things to the roots that built their reputation.
Tickets to HIT & RUN presents PENDULUM (DJ) @ Progress go on sale Wednesday 25th March at 10am. Sign up now at the bottom of this page for access.
The bill doesn't stop with the promise of 'Propane Nightmares', either. Joining Aussie bass icons on the bill are an exciting list of new acts, including Rohaan, Visla, Aanka, Xohne, Lucidik and Rich Reason, who have all been heavily influenced as young ravers and now established producers by Pendulum, with hosting duties handled by T-Man.
Basically Manchester, prepare yourself, because Hit & Run have put together an absolute doozy, and you can sign up for tickets below now!
