PBR Streetgang member and club promoter Tom Thorpe will be running in the Virgin London Marathon on Sunday April 24th to raise funds for Fight for Sight, the UK's main eye research charity.

His decision to join the thousands of other runners in the iconic event comes after witnessing fellow DJ and friend of ten years Laura Jones' (in action above at Movement Detroit) ongoing fight with Stargardt disease, a rare hereditary condition that results in loss of central vision loss and at times complete blindness.

“I wanted to run the London Marathon having witnessed my amazing friend Laura’s struggle with her sight. If I can help her and anyone else diagnosed with the condition by raising money for the charity then it would be a pleasure and an honour.”
