New-gen junglist Nia Archives has announced that the first release on her new Up Ya Archives label will be ‘Get Loose’, a collaboration between her and Bristol producer Cheetah, released on 23rd May.
The Bradford DJ, producer, songwriter, and singer, who took the DnB and jungle scene by storm with bangers like ‘Forbidden Feelingz’, will launch her label with the new single, which is out now on streaming platforms.
The single, a lively, soca-sampling jungle track, is Nia’s first release of the year. The 10” vinyl will also feature tracks ‘Horny’ and ‘Get Loose (Acapella Mix)’.
Up Ya Archives takes its name from Nia's party series that she's been putting on since 2021.
Nia released her debut album, Silence Is Loud, in April last year, which was nominated for the Mercury Prize. Nia also became the first-ever jungle artist to receive three nominations from the BRIT Awards for her album.
‘Get Loose’ is also Cheetah’s first release of 2025.
