A brand-new nightclub has opened its doors in Palma, transforming the former home of one of Mallorca's most famous nightlife venues.
With a capacity of 1,300, FITZ Mallorca officially launched on Thursday 16th July with a 12-hour opening party featuring sets from PAWSA, Nic Fanciulli and Miguelle & Tons.
The opening also marked the start of the venue's new House of Artists programme, which promises a summer packed with leading house and techno names on the Balearic island.
Located on Palma's waterfront, FITZ occupies the site formerly home to Tito’s, a legendary club that welcomed stars including Frank Sinatra, Grace Kelly, Ray Charles and Shirley Bassey before closing in 2021.
Now operated by Grupo Sounds, the venue has been fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Palma Bay and an Audiotechnik sound system. Its summer programme is set to feature performances from the likes of GORDO, Chimbala, Ozuna and Mëstiza.
