Ministry of Sound announces immersive dining experience for 35th anniversary

House music and fine dining collide this September as Ministry of Sound transforms its famous dancefloor for a unique anniversary celebration featuring a Michelin-starred chef and a legendary DJ.

Ministry of Sound is marking its 35th anniversary with a brand-new dining experience that pairs house music with Michelin-starred cuisine.

Taking place on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th September, Last Orders will transform the club's iconic dancefloor into an immersive setting where guests will enjoy a five-course tasting menu alongside a soundtrack celebrating the evolution of house music.

The experience brings together Michelin-starred chef Brad Carter and legendary house DJ Ralph Lawson. Carter's menu takes inspiration from the cities and late-night food cultures that helped shape the genre, with dishes influenced by Chicago, New York and Berlin, while Lawson's soundtrack will guide diners through three decades of house music.

Beginning with a modern take on Chicago's famous deep-dish pizza, the menu continues with inventive interpretations of classic late-night favourites, reflecting the global scenes that have influenced dance music since the club first opened its doors in 1991.

The event also marks the launch of Last Orders as a new series, with future editions set to feature different chefs, DJs and creative collaborations.

Tickets are priced at £250 per person and include the five-course menu, cocktail pairings and an intimate DJ set from Ralph Lawson after dinner.
