Popular open-air comedy festival, Manchester’s Laughterama, is heading back to the city’s Castlefield Bowl this September, bringing five nights of stand-up from some of the biggest names in UK comedy.
Running from 2nd to 6th September, the 2026 edition will feature headline appearances from Jack Dee, Nick Mohammed, Sara Pascoe, Fern Brady, Michelle de Swarte, Stewart Lee, Chris McCausland and Nina Conti.
The bill also includes Rose Matafeo, Sarah Keyworth, Jen Brister, Tom Rosenthal, Ivo Graham, Elis James, Harriet Kemsley and John Robins, as well as fast-rising acts including Vittorio Angelone, Kiran Saggu, Jen Nolan and Evaldas Karosas.
Each night will feature a multi-act line-up rather than a single headline show, giving audiences the chance to catch established favourites alongside some of the most exciting names currently breaking through on the comedy circuit.
Since launching in 2022, Laughterama has welcomed more than 10,000 comedy fans annually and has hosted stars including James Acaster, Aisling Bea and Josh Widdicombe. Alongside the laughs, festival-goers can also expect street food vendors and fully stocked bars across the venue.
