A new study has researched and ranked the vocabulary size of top selling musicians and ranked the top 99 from across 25 genres.

The study found that Eminem is music's ultimate wordsmith with 8818 words in his locker, vocabulary is in fact not one of Jay-Z's problems with him ranking at 6899 words and Tupac places third with 6529.

College dropout Kanye will be ruing that decision in fourth place with 5069 words and Bob Dylan breaks the rap trend with 4883.

Robbie Williams (3168) ranks at 17th above the likes of Pink Floyd (3077), Elton John (2865), Michael Jackson (2503), The Beatles (1872) and Bob Marley (1867)
