The team behind Liverpool's PINS Social Club has submitted a planning application to bring the entertainment brand to Manchester in late spring 2026.
PINS Manchester would take over the basement of the Grade II-listed Sunlight House on Little Quay Street, spanning three floors. At 25,000 sq ft, it would be PINS’ biggest venue yet.
The venue will offer ten-pin bowling, pool, shuffleboard, beer pong, karaoke, and a dedicated sports bar in the basement. The ground floor will feature a main stage for half-time shows.
The venue will serve food from breakfast to late-night.
Sunlight House is currently undergoing a £35 million refurbishment to transform it into Grade A office space. The refurb is expected to be finished in October.
Daniel Kelly, Managing Director at PINS, said: "Manchester is a city that thrives on energy, culture, and community - everything that PINS is about.
"This new venue will be our biggest yet, offering a bold and exciting social space that’s purpose-built for entertainment, competition, and ultimately, having a great time.
"We can’t wait to bring our concept to Manchester’s incredible social scene. Keep an eye out for more details coming soon."
Daniel Gillbanks and David Scowcroft founded PINS, opening their first venue in February 2020.
