High Lights Festival has announced that trance legend Armin van Buuren will perform at the festival next year.
High Lights will touch down in Barking Park in London, with events spread across two weekends, the first from 22nd to 29th May, and the second from 30th to 31st May 2026.
Armin van Buuren will perform on Saturday 23rd May 2026, the Spring bank holiday weekend.
The Dutch trance icon, known for being a mainstay on the scene since the 90s and for tracks like ‘Blah Blah Blah’, brings his concept, The Orb, to London for the first time at the open-air festival.
Fresh off the release of 2025 albums Breathe and his acoustic effort Piano, the DJ will be armed with fresh tracks and an immersive concept.
Having donned itself “London’s most hi-tech outdoor music space”, the festival boasts striking brutalist, concrete architectural structures and illuminated woodland pathways, with design studio Lucid Creates as the festival’s creative partners.
van Buuren is the latest name added to High Lights 2026, joining previously announced liquid DnB duo Hybrid Minds, who bring their Atmosphere concept to the fest for its first outdoor show on the 31st.
Scorpion Kings and FUSE have also been announced for 24th May and 30th May, respectively.
