Tricky will join Massive Attack on stage for the first time ever in the UK when they come to British Summer Time on Friday 1st July.

The producer and musician collaborated with the trip hop pairing in the late 80's and also rapped on their seminal debut album Blue Lines. Up until a Berlin performance earlier this year, they had not once shared a stage.

There is also a spot on the bill for London rapper Loyle Carner; his down to earth style and old skool beats will fit the Hyde Park surroundings perfectly. Mancunian raised Russian, Shura, is best known for her dreamy synth sound and will complete the bill along with Birmingham indie rock five piece Balthazar.

Already announced as support are the likes of Young Fathers who will join Massive Attack onstage as they did for their UK tour as well as Ghostpoet, Warpaint, Patti Smith and TV On The Radio
