Funkademia has been filling Manchester dance floors every Saturday night since 1995, a feat that not only means generations of Mancunians have been grooving at these nights but also makes it the city's longest-running club night.

Now at its spiritual home of Mint Lounge in the Northern Quarter, the party rages on late every Saturday night, with it being the only nightclub in the area open until 4 am, providing the Mancunian faithful with a night soundtracked by the biggest Funk and Disco bangers!

From Michael Jackson to Aretha Franklin to James Brown to Chaka Khan to Stevie Wonder to Snoop Dogg to Prince to Diana Ross to Chic and Sister Sledge and everything in between, they guarantee all killers, no fillers to keep you moving all night!

This summer, Funkademia are going one step further to make sure you're Saturday nights are filled with the funkiest kind of debauchery as they have launched their Summer ticket offer.

From now until the last weekend in August, entry to every Funkademia event has been reduced to just £5, with zero booking fee, PLUS, a free shot on entry; it doesn't get much better than that, does it?

So, funk up your Saturday nights this summer, and head on down to Funkademia at Mint Lounge. The club night has been going on so long for a reason, and all that's left is for you to find out what that reason is.
