Six huge headline club shows will come to TESTBED Leeds this November and December, the lineups of which have just been announced, and look absolutely massive. Brought to you from the promoters of Canvas Yard, Canal Mills and The Garden Party, a new series – called World Below – will be taking over the new Leeds rave space from November until the end of the year, with tickets for all of the shows going live on Tuesday 19th September.

The recent lineup announcements have truly exposed the gravity of these raves, and just how special they are set to be. World Below will see the likes of Ewan McVicar, KETTAMA, Girls Don’t Sync, Erol Alkan, HAAi and many more taking over the decks at TESTBED, for a run of nights that, in our opinion, will be among the very best on the rest of the 2023 Leeds calendar.

World Below will begin on Friday 24th November, with the series running weekly until the 9th of December with shows every Friday and Saturday at TESTBED; including takeovers from Leeds-based club night Ruckus24 and Manchester disco kings and queens La Discotheque.

These shows will see TESTBED hosting its first club series of this scale and size since it opened in 2022. Plus, it will be New Citizens’ first club series off the back of a hugely successful trio of shows at Canvas Yard, which saw Defected, Hacienda and The Garden Party bring over 12,000 people to the city centre.

Furthermore, throughout the series, the team behind it all will be bringing first-class production and sound systems to all six shows.

On the series, Matt Long, director of New Citizens, said: “We’re thrilled to be taking over Leeds’ newest and most exciting venue with our first series of club shows since 2019. On the back of a hugely successful trio of parties at Canvas Yard, which saw us bring over 12,000 people to the city centre, we’re looking forward to getting stuck in again with some huge names and parties.”

James Abbott-Donnelly, director of TESTBED, also said: "We are tremendously excited to introduce the inaugural full-scale electronic music events at our venue. This marks an exhilarating addition to the Leeds music scene and represents just the beginning of the exciting initiatives we have in store for TESTBED. We are thrilled to be collaborating with exceptionally talented artists and promoters with rich heritage to curate outstanding events."
