London rave landmark Egg London are throwing a party on August 9th to launch their new shindig Uncut, the brainchild of several leading house and techno connoisseurs, which is nailed on to rival the best underground parties that the capital has to offer.
The event already leads a stern reputation of bringing discerning dealings of electronic music to North London, and that trend is set to continue when minimal techno specialist Robag Wruhme heads up the night.
He plays an extended set that gives him the capacity to lay down an extensive library of stripped back minimal beats that drew Robag to the attention of leading imprints Kompakt, Pampa and Circus Company, and it's evident why below.
Serving up the next batch of techno is a firm embed of German's techno club scene in his visceral youth, Mark Reeve, and it resonates in his groove laden dealings of hip swinging techno that stemmed from growing up to the sounds of German compatriot Sven Vath, who ultimately signed Reeve up to his label Cocoon Recordings, a sign that Mark Reeve is going to blow things out of the water.
The German contingency is bolstered by Dario Zenker, he flaunts appearances on revered labels Vakant, Esperanza and delves into the deep recesses of minimal techno. Upping the tempo is Jonas Kopp, ready to hit the dance floor like a bullet train with his relentless output of bass heavy techno that is firmly evident in his hit production above.
