Aphex Twin announces expanded 25th anniversary edition of Drukqs

Aphex Twin is marking 25 years of Drukqs with a newly expanded edition of the influential 2001 album.

Due for release on Friday 30th October via Warp Records, the anniversary reissue adds five previously unreleased tracks to the original 30-song collection. Among the bonus material are several alternative versions of the much-loved ‘Avril 14th’, alongside the previously unheard ‘Mangle 11’.

The expanded release will be available as a 4LP box set, standard 4LP vinyl, 2CD and double cassette, giving fans multiple ways to revisit one of the producer's most celebrated records.

Originally released in 2001, Drukqs showcased Aphex Twin's trademark blend of intricate electronic production and delicate piano compositions. Tracks including ‘Avril 14th’, ‘Vordhosbn’ and ‘Mt Saint Michel + Saint Michaels Mount’ have since become fan favourites, helping cement the album's reputation as one of the defining electronic releases of the early 2000s.

The reissue marks Aphex Twin's first official release of 2026 and follows last year's Polygon Window reissue, as well as two tracks shared via SoundCloud towards the end of 2025.
