Open'er Festival takes place at Gdnyia Kosakowo Airfield in Poland.

Open'er Festival is open to all ages.  However, if you are under 16 years of age, you must be accompanied by an adult at the festival. In the case of a minor under 13, the guardian must complete an appropriate declaration.
