• Doors open 12pm / Last entry 5pm / Event closes 10pm

• Dress code is Fun & Funky, festival outfits, comfy clothes and shoes welcome (please no sportswear)

• Card payments only to help with speed of service (no cash payments)

• All food & drink must be purchased on site so please do not bring any items with you

• No chairs or picnic blankets (blue badge holders only please seek approval prior to the event)

• Strictly no drugs policy (security reserve the right to search, refuse entry & remove individuals)

• Nearest train station Hersham South Western Railway (2 min walk, limited parking available at Esher Rugby Club)
