Up All Night formed in July 2016. Neil and Nick had both been in a previous band TopDraw, and wanted to form a new band. However finding a singer and a good singer is really hard. Luckily through an old school friend Neil and Nick met Janine. Instantly there was chemistry and Janine's voice was incredible!

Guitarist next...Again its hard to find a good guitarist and one that fits into what you want to play. Neil met our original guitarist, Karl of all places in the local Tesco (where Karl worked). After a few conversations Karl came for a meet and greet and it was instantly apparent that everyone clicked and it also helped that Karl was a very talented guitarist.

​After around 8 months of rehearsals, jamming and picking songs we liked or had played in previous bands, we put together a set and played our first gig.

Since then things have gone wild for us, after having call backs after nearly every gig we played! We already have an impressively full calendar right up to December - Crazy times!

However, things weren't all plain sailing as shocking news came to us when Karl announced he was waiting to chase his dream of turning professional and he had soon acquired a contract on the cruise ships. We could not deny an amazing talent like Karl a chance at his dreams so although it was a massive shame to us, we parted on good terms and wish him well.

After a few auditions for a new guitarist we found Phil who slotted right in - quick to learn and eager to play - always a good combination! He has enjoyed his first couple of gigs with us and adds his own unique energy to the line-up.

We are friendly and fun based band always ready to start, prolong or add to the party!
