Biography
Owen is a solo project of musician Mike Kinsella. Kinsella is one of the dominant figures in the Chicago indie scene, having also led the band American Football, and played in the bands Cap'n Jazz, Joan of Arc and Owls. Owen is known for its soft melodies, sparse playing and plaintive vocals.
Albums include Owen (2001), No Good for No One Now (2002), I Do Perceive (2004), At Home With Owen (2006), New Leaves (2009) and Ghost Town (2011).
