Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

The venue

A downtown tavern rated 4.5 from nearly 1,900 reviews, open 7:30am to 3am every day. Expect a lively room with music. Two things worth knowing before you come: smoking is permitted indoors, and an automatic service charge is applied to bills.

Getting there

The venue is on Monroe Avenue in downtown Memphis, near AutoZone Park, with the Main Street Trolley a short walk away. If you are driving, choose your garage with care - the nearest one on Monroe is poorly reviewed for security and access, so a staffed or gated lot a few minutes further out is the better bet.
