People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front - just direct networking with people who are actively working in property.

Investors (from first-timers to portfolio landlords), developers, sourcing agents, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in property or want to be, you'll find relevant people here. The evening is run in English.

When: 2nd Tuesday each month (except December), from 7pm

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price
Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 25s only; ID may be requested

The venue

A classic Paris pub on the Quai Saint-Michel with a view across to Notre-Dame, rated 4.0 from around 1,500 reviews and mid-priced. It opens at 5pm Tuesday to Sunday and runs to 2am, with happy hour until 9pm, so a 7pm start lands inside it. Terrace seating out front makes it easy to spot arrivals.

Getting there

The venue sits directly on the Seine opposite Notre-Dame, and transport could hardly be simpler: Saint-Michel Notre-Dame, served by RER B and C and by Metro lines 4 and 10, is essentially on the doorstep. If you drive, the Indigo car park at Place Saint-Michel is two minutes away and open around the clock - street parking in the 5th is not realistic on a weekday evening.
