The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front - just direct networking with people who are actively working in property.

Investors (from first-timers to portfolio landlords), developers, sourcing agents, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in property or want to be, you'll find relevant people here. The evening is run in English.

The venue

A large sports-bar restaurant rated 4.1 from around 1,350 reviews, mid-priced, open until midnight midweek. It leans heavily towards live sport on screens, so the room can be loud on game nights. There is a Wednesday wing promotion that fills the room.

Getting there

The nearest LRT stations are Corona at about twelve minutes walk and Government Centre at fourteen, both on the Capital and Metro lines, so the venue is walkable from transit but not on top of it. Given the walk and Edmonton winters, most attendees will drive; there is street and lot parking in the surrounding blocks.
