The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front - just direct networking with people who are actively working in property.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

The venue

An expat pub and live music venue rated 4.3 from around 1,190 reviews, mid-priced, and listed as an event venue. Two things worth knowing before you come: the venue applies a cover charge of around R$20, and live bands play on many evenings.

Getting there

The venue is on Rua Visconde de Piraja in Ipanema, four minutes walk from General Osorio metro on Line 1, which runs every few minutes and connects to Copacabana and the centre. Ipanema beach is a short walk in the other direction. The metro is the easier arrival than driving.
