The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front - just direct networking with people who are actively working in property.

The venue

An Irish pub rated 4.4 from more than 12,100 reviews - one of the most-reviewed venues anywhere in the network - and mid-priced. It opens at 5pm and runs to 2:30am Monday to Thursday. It is one of the few English-language pubs in Sao Paulo and draws a strong international crowd. Note that the venue applies a cover charge, and the room becomes very busy on sports nights.

Getting there

The venue is on Alameda Itu in Jardim Paulista, seven minutes walk from Consolacao metro on the Green line and close to Avenida Paulista, the city's main business spine. That makes it reachable from across Sao Paulo without driving, which matters given the traffic.
