York Dungeon Standard Admission takes you through 2,000 years of York’s darker history, with live actors, immersive sets and special effects. Along the way you meet Vikings, their Saxon enemies, Guy Fawkes and the local witch Isabella Billington, before moving on to the Black Death and a torture chamber.

The experience is presented through sights, sounds and smells, bringing the city’s past to life in a sensory way. Standard admission gives access to the York Dungeon experience.
