Here at Brew York we use a generous blend of the finest ingredients and take an ethical stance in our approach to brewing. We use only natural salts to ensure the perfect balance of brewing water for each beer style without the use of any processing aids of animal origin, such as the commonly used isinglass. All our beers are therefore naturally pure and suitable for Vegetarians, with many, including the whole core range, being Vegan friendly.
