Two of Wales’s most distinguished male voice choirs come together at William Aston Hall for a spectacular celebration of Welsh music and culture.
Representing North Wales, the internationally acclaimed Fron Male Voice Choir celebrates its 80th anniversary in 2027. Its award-winning recordings and performances have introduced the distinctive sound of Welsh male voice singing to audiences around the world.
Travelling from the Rhondda Fach in South Wales, Pendyrus Male Choir was founded in Tylorstown in 1924. From its proud mining-community roots, the choir has grown into one of Wales’s most prestigious choral organisations, performing throughout Britain and overseas.
Together, these two great choirs will fill William Aston Hall with powerful voices, glorious harmonies and the unmistakable warmth and passion of the Welsh choral tradition.
Join us for a memorable evening bringing North and South Wales together in song as we celebrate the approach of St David’s Day.
