Please note, children remain the responsibility of their parent or carer at all times.

Seating & Comfort
Please bring camping chairs and picnic blankets (small gazebos are welcome but please be mindful of other guests when setting up). There will be limited seating available on the day.

Food & Drink – Come Hungry!
Our chefs will be serving up a delicious menu and our outdoor bar will be fully stocked with draft beers, wines, soft drinks, Pimms, gins and cocktails.

Food service will be between 1pm and 7.30pm.

Please note: no food or drink can be brought into the event – any seen will be removed at the entrance.

Payment Info
Food and drinks are card-only. Children’s activities and stalls mayrequire cash, so please bring cash if you plan to use them.

Parking
Parking is free. Please head down the drive past Rise and Grind Cafe, once you turn into The Vale grounds turn right onto our large event car park. Our friendly team will be there to direct you on the day.

Weather

Please come prepared for typical British weather – bring an umbrella or waterproof jacket.

Ground Conditions:
The event area is on a large outdoor field which is naturally uneven in some places. Our grounds team has worked hard to level the area as best as possible, but we do ask all guests to stay alert, watch your step, and take extra care when moving around. We strongly recommend sturdy, sensible footwear to keep you comfortable and safe.
