Absolute rip off! Paid for 4 tick*ts at £11.25 each whilst people were coming in for free and others paying different amounts £5 - £6.50 and UB40 tribute didn't come on until after 21:00, I will be seeking a full refund!

Review of Gig in the Garden with UB40 Tribute [Ultimate 40]

This was an absolute shambles! Paid £11.25 each to be there for 6pm and the band didnt start until 9.10pm by which point people had left and they were then letting people in for free! Total false advertising and during a music festival in the town where every pub was showing bands for free. The Greenhouse you should be ashamed! Spoke to a manager who agreed it was disgraceful and have emailed for a full refund!

Went along and was disappointed as ub40 wasn't on till after 8.30 was stated 6 pm. Was a live band on etc we left early I paid for 2 tick*ts for a band I didn't see and some ppl like my friends were in there and they never paid. Green house didn't have enough staff on to cater for the amount of ppl that came and queues were long and bar was full of waiting ppl. If events like this happen in the future you need more staff.

Atmosphere great but lots of people there without wristbands. The George Ezra tribute didnât turn up. At 8pm we couldnât order food.

the event was cancelled and wheres my money back 

Well Ezra wasn't there as had car breakdown so very disappointed as that's main reason I booked ticket. I'm hoping to get a refund but not very hopeful.

The Gig in the Garden, featuring Jack as George Ezra and which I paid for in advance did not go ahead, as we found out as the evening progressed.  Apparently the George Ezra tribute was either stuck in traffic or was double booked. We asked for a refund for a no show but were not allowed one by the Pub Manager. We didn't get what we paid for and left, feeling out of pock*t. The replacement DJ did his best to entertain, but this was not as advertised and paid for.
The Manager promised some sort of future deal, but I'm not sure that will be forthcoming.

Brilliant evening at the Greenhouse, such a lovely venue & amazing atmosphere
