About

Do you find that you can feel stressed, anxious, or ungrounded?

Struggling to sleep or relax?

Or do you just want to enjoy some relaxing me time and crave a relaxing hour to yourself?

A sound bath may just be what you need!

One of the best things about attending a sound bath is the relaxing effects, most people report a better quality of sleep after it. The vibrations and frequencies put us in those relaxed alpha and theta brainwaves. They increase the nitric oxide in the body which are the natural pain relievers in our bodies. As our bodies are made of approximately 70% water sound ripples through our cells and tissues and can help in regeneration and repair. It’s known to help lower blood pressure and cortisol levels.

I play with a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, a variety of drums, Tibetan bowls, and chimes. Being comfortable is key, please bring along a mat, and extras such as blankets, pillows and duvet. If you have a crash mat or foam mat, an airbed or lilo, or even a garden chair cushion feel free to use those. The more comfortable you are the better!
