We champion live music in an area called Spen Valley covering the towns of Heckmondwike and Cleckheaton - and surrounded by all the major towns and cities of West Yorkshire.
We strive to provide excellent sound engineering in great venues.
We care passionately for all the musicians we deal with wanting to give them and our audiences an experience that will keep them returning to our events.
'Crown of Lights' derives its name from the circular light feature in Green Park Heckmondwike in West Yorkshire. Coined by the late Helen Stuffins, a landscape architect working for Kirklees Council, the current principle festival organiser Donal O'Driscoll said "I could see Green Park had massive potential as a live music outdoor venue situated right in the heart of the town. In February 2005 Helen was kind enough to meet me so I could discuss my thoughts. It was a brilliant meeting. We sparked off a lot of ideas. I was keen that the bandstand was placed on the edge of the park so you didn't get trailing cables when bands were playing. I was also keen for a feature that celebrated the town's long association with Christmas illuminations. Helen did a superb job with the designs she came up with interpreting all the ideas we had."
