Anima Presents Matt Littman @ Bench Nightclub

Get ready to kick off the festive season on November 28th (💸PAYDAY WEEKEND 💸). We are so excited to announce our headliner Matt Littman for our first event in Bench Nightclub.

Matt Littman is one of the most exciting and unique producers in the UK house circuit.

Heavily influenced by UKG, 90's house and breakbeat give him a distinctive sound rooted in the UK underground. His own productions blend elements of garage, early 90's house and minimal fusions which have been heavily supported by the likes of Chris Stussy, Josh Baker, Jamie Jones, Tristan Da Cunha, Reeshy, M-High, Truly Madly, Luke & Max Dean but to name a few.

Known for his infectious rhythms and groove-driven sets and interactive nature he has earned releases and sets amongst the biggest labels, venues and promotions including You&Me, Modern Funktion, Mind Helmet and Nexup. Known as a veteran vinyl slinger and producing tasteful edits of well known tunes, he has played in some of the UK's most renowned venues such as Warehouse Project and 93 Feet East showcasing his expansive sound to an ever growing audience.

He is greatly respected for his contributions to the underground house scene in the UK and with a growing reputation we feel so lucky to announce his debut here on the island. You will not want to miss him cooking up an absolute storm on November 28th.

As always we will also be hosting a collection of local selectors.

Anima residents Yeardos and Burg have their usual slots with John Bolton opening things up in style, stripping it back playing nothing but wax, plus the addition of Will Kneale playing his debut set for Anima.

Will has a long standing reputation for hosting events and playing out both here on island and in the UK. His brand TRONIK has hosted many events both on island and in The North West showcasing skills as both a promoter and DJ. Having booked headliners such as Mike Morrisey, Nautica, Jamie Aramayo, Bassel Darwish and Jaden Thompson between 2019 and 2023. TRONIK became known for elevating Manx DJ's and delivering top draw events.

After taking some time out to travel Will is back on home soil firing on all cylinders digging back into the scene with a desire to make his distinctive mark once again.

Currently influenced by Grant Dell, Raresh and Tristan Da Cunha Will's sound encapsulates a variety of high energy beats from jumpy garage/house and 90's/00's Tech House to stripped back minimal rollers. Known for his unique depth of music taste and ability to lace groovy minimal beats together this selector will keep you guessing from start to finish exercising quality over quantity. Having experience playing on lineups supporting artists such as Rossi, Robbie Doherty and Ben Helmsley this guy knows the ropes and is not one to miss.

If that doesn't get you pumped for this event its probably not for you, we don't expect tickets to hang around for this one, so grab yours now to avoid disappointment 🎟️
