Odyssey 2026 Industry Event: Inside Twickenham Film Studios

As part of our Odyssey 2026 Industry Events, we are delighted to invite producers and filmmakers including theself-defined Chinese communities in the UK to join us for a special guided visit inside the historic Twickenham Film Studios.

With more than a century of filmmaking history, Twickenham is one of the UK's most established film studios and has been part of the making of generations of British and international screen productions. Today, it continues to bring together production, post-production, sound and creative talent - connecting an extraordinary filmmaking heritage with the way films are being made now.

For us, understanding the UK screen industry should not only happen through panels, conferences or classrooms. Sometimes, we need to walk into the places where films are actually made. During this two-hour visit, participants will discover the studio from the inside, learn more about its facilities and working environment, and gain a closer understanding of how producers can navigate and connect with the wider UK production ecosystem.

More importantly, we hope this can become an informal meeting point for Chinese producers and filmmakers working across the UK - an opportunity to meet, exchange ideas and perhaps begin imagining the next collaboration together.
