Make this Christmas truly unforgettable with a private family visit to our magical Grotto and get festive with a personal meet and greet with Father Christmas himself.

Here is what awaits you on your magical journey:

✉️ The North Pole Post Room

Your adventure begins in our festive Post Room! Children will have the chance to sit down, write their very own letter to Father Christmas, and drop it safely into our express North Pole postbox while they wait to head in and meet the man himself.

🎅 A Private Family Meet & Greet

No crowded rooms or rushed hellos. You and your family will be invited into the Grotto for a private audience with Father Christmas. There is plenty of time for the children to share their Christmas wishes and for you to make memories together.

🎁 A Special Gift

Straight from the Elves' workshop! Every paying child will receive a special, age-appropriate gift directly from Father Christmas to take home and put under the tree.

📸 Capture the Moment

Our professional elf photographers will be on hand to capture your family's magical moment. High-quality souvenir photos will be available to purchase at the end of your visit.

⏰ How Your 15-Minute Booking Works

To keep the magic flowing and avoid long queues, we use a timed-entry system.

• When you book a time slot (e.g., 10:00 AM), you are booking a 15-minute arrival window.

• Up to three families share each 15-minute window. You will be invited into the Grotto for your private family meet and greet in order of arrival within that window.

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your booked time slot.

• There may be a short wait while the family ahead of you finishes their visit, but you can use this time to enjoy the Post Room and write your letters to Father Christmas!

🎟️ Important Ticketing Information

To ensure every family has a wonderful time, please read our ticketing policy before booking:

• Minimum Booking: Every booking must include at least one paying child.

• Babes in Arms (Under 1s): Children under 12 months are incredibly welcome to join their older paying siblings in the Grotto for free and be included in the family photos. Please note, free infant spaces do not include a gift from Father Christmas.

• What if I only have a baby? Every booking must have at least 1 paying child so, if your only child attending is under 12 months old, you will need to purchase a standard 1 Child ticket. This ensures your booking is valid and your little one receives their very own gift!
  
  

• What if we miss our timeslot? We understand that things can happen, however due to the nature of this event if you miss your timeslot we cannot guarantee you entry.
  
  
• Can I change my time once I have booked? Tickets sold are non refundable and when booked secure the space. This stops us from being able to sell that space and as such we cannot move times once booked. 
  
  
• Why are there 3 families in every time slot? To avoid long queues and ensure everybody gets a safe and consistent experience you are booking an arrival time, there will be 3 spaces available for each arrival time and in the post room, however you will be called through one family at a time to meet Father Christmas.
