Road to Nashville Sunderland takes place at Keel Square in Sunderland.

Road to Nashville Sunderland is an 18+ event that operates Challenge 25 – bring a valid government-issued photo ID with you. If you are asked for ID and cannot present any, you will not be permitted entry. If you do not have a bag on your person you will be required to empty all of your pockets and security will carry out a search to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the venue.

Food and drink are available on site. No externally brought food & drink will be allowed at this event. If you are found with food and or drink on your person when you are being searched on entry you will be asked to throw it away. If you are caught with food & drink once inside that hasn’t been purchased on site you may be asked to leave the event.

If required for medical reasons, please contact the organisers beforehand.

You may bring clear empty bottles which you can re-fill at free drinking water points on site.

Re-entry to Road to Nashville Sunderland is not permitted.

Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted on the Road to Nashville Sunderland site. If you have a bag, security will be required to carry out a bag search. Please check the list of prohibited items, as anything not allowed will be binned – we will not store prohibited items.

The following items are prohibited at Road to Nashville Sunderland:

• Illegal substances / drugs; Legal highs / nitrous oxide (NOS); 
• Weapons of any kind (including knives, knuckle dusters, etc.); 
• Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, or explosives
• Glass items (bottles, jars, mirrors)
• Alcohol (unless purchased on site)
• Large bags (bigger than A4 size)
• Professional cameras, video cameras, or recording equipment (without accreditation)
• Drones or flying devices
• Laser pens / laser equipment
• Megaphones, air horns, or amplified sound devices
• Bicycles, scooters, skateboard
• Camping equipment (tents, chairs, gazebos)
• BBQs, gas stoves, or any cooking equipment
• Aerosols
• Sharp objects (including scissors)
• Flags or banners with offensive or political messaging
• Animals (except registered assistance dogs)
• Unauthorised merchandise for sale
• Any items deemed dangerous or unsuitable by security.

If you lose a personal belonging at Road to Nashville Sunderland please visit the Welfare Tent during the event. After the event, contact the organisers via this email email:info@weareliverepublic.com. Items will be held for 30 days, then disposed of.

LOST CHILD POINT: There will be a signposted lost child point at the entrance of the venue. There will also be the option for parents to take a lost child wristband to put on their child which they can write a phone number on.

If you want to arrive at Road to Nashville Sunderland later than the last entry time you can purchase a late entry add-on, on top of your standard ticket, this will give you access to the event up until 7PM ONLY!

If you have a VIP ticket to Road to Nashville Sunderland, please use the VIP lane upon arrival. VIP tickets include a private arena, bars, posh loos, great views of the main stage, some seating and more. VIP is officially SOLD OUT.

Keel Square, the Road to Nashville Sunderland venue, is an 8-minute walk from Park Lane Interchange (Bus & Metro). Sunderland Station is a 6-8 minute walk, connecting to major destinations (Newcastle, York, Carlisle, Middlesbrough).

There are no allocated drop-off or pick-up points at the Road to Nashville Sunderland site. Please use the bays on High Street West or St Mary’s Boulevard. Please be aware taxis cannot wait, so instruct drivers to use designated zones.
