Review of Stages presents: On The Square

DJ's were amazing although for a family event I thought it became a little too hardcore with children around. Not nearly enough toilets for the amount of people. We were queuing for 20 - 30 minutes each time a toilet break was needed and as the night wore on you could sense people becoming more frustrated.

the portaloo situation was diabolical no respect and to top it off me and my partner wanted to leave and come back which you were not aloud to do ð  a simple stamp would have been sufficient. as long as you came back before the gates were closed.

Decent line up and great atmosphere in parts, but a very shady atmosphere in others, with lots of people looking for trouble.  Another criticism would be the lack of available toilets, with constant huge queues.  Tick*t prices and drinks prices quite low for an event such as this which was great, although we were told by lots of people inside who lived nearby that they had received an offer of free admission through the post.  If this event happens again next year I would recommend double the amount of toilets, and a headliner such as Billy Gillies to be guaranteed a later slot.  We've known for a long time he had to fly to Tenerife, but the early set time was only announced last minute. Overall a decent event that I hope returns, and could be really good with some tweaks to how it's set up.

Was great event!! Plenty food and drinks and music great. More toilets next time thought we had to leave early cause of the toilet queueing
